  1. Fill Out the Form: Fill out the appointment request form with your details, preferred date, and service you are interested in.

  2. First time? Make sure to fill out the intake paperwork prior to your appointment.

  3. Weekend Appointments: Please note that weekend appointments are available upon request. Kindly indicate your preference in the booking form.

New Clients: please make sure to fill out the intake paperwork prior to your appointment. Click Here

Arrive Early: If it's your first session, try to log in to the meeting link (for virtual consultations) or arrive at our location a few minutes early to sort out any last-minute details.

Prepare: For nutrition and training consultations, think about your goals and any questions you might have. For massage therapy, wear comfortable clothing.

Flexibility for Adjustments

If you need to change the time of your appointment with Justify Wellness, it's a hassle-free process. Simply locate the confirmation email you received after booking your appointment, which contains a unique link to manage your booking. Click on this link, and you'll be directed to our Calendly page where you can view your current appointment details. Look for the option to reschedule, select it, and then choose a new date and time that fits your schedule from the available slots. Once you've made your selection, confirm the changes. You'll receive a new confirmation email with the updated appointment details. Please remember to make any changes at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any potential cancellation fees.
